COMPETITIVE STUDENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
Competition students are required to take ballet a minimum of once a week. We highly recommend taking at least two ballet classes a week for competition. We also highly recommend the core and stretch training class. Competition students will be required to attend extra rehearsals on Saturdays beginning in March. *Students missing more than three classes or extra rehearsals will be asked to withdraw from the competition. *No refunds for extra classes or competition fees will be given if the student is asked to withdraw from competition unless it is for a medical reason. *It is imperative that students attend all competitions on all days with their group except for extenuating circumstances such as a medical reason. Failing to do this will result in withdrawing the student from all group competitions.

COMPETITION EXTRA FEES:
Competition fees will be invoiced at the time of competition registration. Fees are typically around $50.00 (solo), $32.00 (Duet), $28.00 (Group) per child per dance at each competition.
A fee of $5.00 per half hour will be charged for extra rehearsals.
Payment for extra rehearsals is due June 1st, 2010.

BALLET EXAM STUDENTS:
Students taking ballet exams are required to take two ballet classes a week to be fully prepared for their exam. All ballet exam students must also have a character skirt and character shoes for the exam.
